In our 11th year, we offer 5, 3 or 2 day quilting classes.

Libby Lehman's classes have been cancelled.

Libby is recovering from a serious medical condition and will not be teaching at Quilting in the Desert.
We send Libby our healing love and support as she regains her health.

Sue Rasmussen is joining the faculity and will be teaching Machine Quilting in Depth, a 3 day class. She will also be teaching Landscapes/ Pictorial Quilts: Curved Machine Pieced for 2 days.

Sue’s passion for fabric and quilting began long before she graduated from University California at Davis with degrees in Textile Sciences and Agricultural Economics. Sue has produced an extensive and varied body of work, including hundreds of quilts, quilt art and quilted clothing. Teaching professionally for over 23 years, Sue loves to inspire her students to stretch beyond traditional confinements and achieve their goals with new creativity and the knowledge that she shares in each and every classroom.
